Robert Griffin III (RG3) and Ryan Clark are two well-known sports pundits. Both are ex-athletes turned commentators and opinionists these days on TV as well as podcasts. They had a heated exchange recently over WNBA stars Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark. The altercation began because of a small incident between the two players in a game. But these days, it is RG3 and Clark who are at the center of attention. Let's find out what transpired between them.

Robert Griffin III claims Angel Reese dislikes Caitlin Clark

As per sources like ESPN, The Pivot Podcast, and social media, RG3 said that Angel Reese “hates” Caitlin Clark. He based this on her actions during the game and interviews. He said Reese’s body language and comments showed dislike. RG3 explained it as a sports opinion and said it’s okay to talk about a Black athlete’s behavior, even if you’re also Black.
But Ryan Clark had a vehement disagreement. He stated that the media is attempting to portray Reese as the villain and Clark as the hero. Clark mentioned that RG3 was fueling that unjust story to become larger. Things worsened when Clark made a personal remark. He stated that RG3 may not know the challenges faced by Black women since he has been married to only white women.
That escalated the matter further.

Challenge my take. But keep my family and wife out of it. That’s a boundary that should always be respected." He also said that just because he is married to a white woman does not mean he cannot support or understand Black women.RG3 also explained that he gave five clear reasons why he believes Angel Reese has a strong dislike for Caitlin Clark. He said his opinion was based on the game, not personal feelings. He told Ryan Clark to keep future debates respectful and avoid personal insults.Clark replied yet again on Twitter. He stated he didn't assault RG3's wife and merely spoke about RG3's public behavior. He also referred to RG3 as "phony" and indicated he was a poor teammate both playing football and currently in TV broadcasting. Clark concluded by stating he stands by his words and is not concerned.
