The issue extends beyond actors to the entire crew. “We shoot for almost 24 hours straight, and that’s not just for the actors,” Aditi said. “The entire crew is involved in every shot, working tirelessly to ensure the production runs smoothly. After such dedication, it’s only fair that they expect their payments to be made on time.”
Aditi expressed the injustice of their situation, saying, “When the payment time comes, all they hear are excuses, leaving them in difficult financial positions. A commitment is a commitment, and it should be fulfilled as promised.”
