Hina Khan, known for her elegance and individuality, made a timeless statement on her wedding day with a look that celebrated heritage and modernity in perfect harmony. The actress, who tied the knot with longtime partner Rocky Jaiswal on June 4, chose a bridal ensemble crafted by none other than celebrated designer Manish Malhotra. Her look has now been hailed by the designer himself as “Classic, beautiful and regal.”Malhotra took to social media to share a heartfelt post describing Hina’s bridal attire: “Classic… Beautiful… Regal… #manishmalhotrabride celebrating tradition and textile.”
Hina’s choice was a handloom saree in a delicate opal green, adorned with gold and silver threads intricately tracing age-old motifs. The saree was framed by a blush-toned border embroidered with threadwork and traditional zardozi, adding a layer of sophistication to the ensemble. Malhotra highlighted the finer details of the look, stating, “Subtle pleated gota detailing added depth to the fabric, while a soft pink veil with a scalloped hem lent a dreamlike finish. What made the look even more personal was the beautiful detail woven into the saree—Hina and Rocky’s names were delicately embroidered, a symbol of love stitched into tradition. Her bridal elegance was accentuated with imperial heirloom jewellery from the Manish Malhotra Jewellery collection, enhancing the regal aura of the outfit.
Rocky Jaiswal, complementing his bride perfectly, donned a signature kurta in ecru, described by the designer as “understated, timeless, and tailored to the moment.”Together, the couple’s wedding attire reflected grace, cultural richness, and a touch of bespoke romance. With Manish Malhotra's craftsmanship and Hina’s radiant presence, their wedding style will be remembered as an ode to tradition, reimagined for today.
