Smita Tambe joins the cast of Kangana Ranaut starrer 'Panga'

Marathi diva, Smita Tambe who has impressed the audience with her power-packed performance in films like '72 Miles-Ek Pravas' 'Jogwaa', and 'Partu' is already in news for her debut as a producer in her recently released film 'Saavat'. When Smita's was at the peak of her career in the industry, she entered the Bollywood circuit and has been able to garner good reviews for herself, with the consistent work that she is doing.After starring in hit Bollywood films like 'Singham Returns', and 'Noor' now Smita is all set to star in another Hindi film. The actress will be seen playing a pivotal role in Kangana Ranaut starrer 'Panga' directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari.
The film has been in news right since its announcement. Alongside Smita Tambe, Kangana Ranaut, Richa Chadha and Neena Gupta will be playing key roles in it. The diva's character in the film 'Singham Returns' gave a different hike to Smita' s Bollywood career and 'Panga' is just going to make it go higher for sure. After the cast of the film was revealed the movie's curiosity is definitely piqued.

Recently, Smita shared the poster of 'Panga' and wrote "#MyNew #NewWorkJo sapne dekhte hain woh #Panga lete hain. Jaya ki kahaani hum sab se judi hai. Trailer out on 23rd December 2019 #Pangastories ."
Panga is said to be based on the life of a kabaddi player and Kangana will be playing a major role in the film. The film is slated to release on January 24, 2020.
Meanwhile, On the work front, Smita Tambe's last release ‘Saavat’ directed by Saurabh Sinha which revolves around the story of a village which explores the human psyche. It was released on 5 April 2019.
