England and Australia locked horns at the Lord's Cricket Stadium in the ongoing ICC Men's Cricket World Cup and many celebrities showed up to cheer on their favourite team.
Singer Ed Sheeran was spotted in the stands watching the two teams battle it out on the field and reportedly seemed very happy during the dismissal of Australian player Steve Smith.
The England cricket team posted a photo of Sheeran on their official Twitter handle and captioned it as "Steve Smith is out! Ed and Damo loved it".

The official handle of Lords Cricket Ground also shared the picture of Sheeran and captioned the post as "Ed Sheeran is the latest celebrity to be spotted today at Lord's! We hope you enjoy your day, @edsheeran! #LoveLords #ENGvAUS".

Dressed in a plain white tee that showed off his tattoos, the singer was seen having a field day cheering his team on during the match.
In the match between England and Australia, the former won the toss and chose to bowl first, but it was the Aussies who clinched victory.
