Nashik: NGO feeds over 1,000 animals

NASHIK: City-based non-government organisation (NGO) Sharan has fed over 1,000 animals across Nashik since the lockdown has been imposed.
Sharanya Shetty, secretary of the NGO, said, “We took permission from the civic body for letting our vehicles move in the city so that we can feed the animals. Members of our NGO are going on the streets twice a day to feed the animals as they are not getting food from their usual source for the past 45 days.”
